You Made Me A Believer
"This song was originally written and recorded back in 1985. Many years later, Matt listened to some of my music and liked this song. We collaborated on revamping it and re-recorded it in 1998. I give credit to Matt as co-author of this song because he contributed so much to this version - new music for the chorus (which he "heard") and lyrics for the bridge (...love, faith and hope...). It's a classic, upbeat rocker tune.
And, as usual, Matt's unique talent came across in adding sound effects, producing and recording (Matt's "Rainier" studio). That's both of us playing guitar throughout, including the dual lead guitar solo that I'm quite proud of. Matt also plays the bass guitar and does all of the harmony vocals. This song has always meant a lot to me. Thanks Matt!"
